After a hiatus, a re-organized High Point Preservation Society used a Revolving Fund Feasibility Study to bring focus to a new direction for the organization. Hanbury Preservation Consulting adapted a traditional feasibly study model to the needs of a nascent organization. Specific emphasis was given to stakeholder interviews, not only to gauge interest but to strengthen relations between the society and organizations and individuals with the capacity to guide and support the program's implementation.
