Hanbury Preservation Consulting completed phase two of the architectural survey update for Cary, North Carolina. The project involved the development of three historic contexts; completion of 51 new reconnaissance surveys and 20 survey updates in the northwest portion of the Town; completion of five intensive surveys; resolution of issues from Phase 1; and production of a comprehensive survey report. The survey had been left incomplete by another firm. Hanbury Preservation Consulting was able to assess the status of the project quickly, complete the remaining surveys, and correct the unfinished work in a timely manner insuring the project was brought to closure and that the project funding was not jeopardized.
