Hanbury Preservation Consulting conducted an intensive level survey of Building 115, VAMC-Hampton. It also assembled a list of potential consulting parties, drafted a consulting parties letter, and prepared a draft Memorandum of Agreement for the proposed undertaking. An expanded scope of work developed during the project included a survey report, and archaeological testing and data recovery completed by the William and Mary Center for Archaeological Research.
