Hanbury Preservation Consulting worked with the Landmark Society of Western New York to conduct a feasibility study for a revolving fund. Surveys, research of best practices, and extensive stakeholder interviews informed an initial report that was presented to the Executive Committee of the Board. Hanbury Preservation then facilitated a committee workshop that developed program models, refined overall program goals, set initial geographic parameters, and determined a list of project priorities.
