Revolving Fund Feasibility Study for Montana Preservation Alliance
Since 1987, the Montana Preservation Alliance (MPA) has worked to save and protect Montana's historic places, traditional landscapes, and cultural heritage. Hanbury Preservation Consulting worked with MPA to create a feasibility study for a historic preservation revolving fund. The study was written in tandem with a trial project that allowed for real-time examination of specific issues including building stabilization and the consideration of various partnership options with developers. MPA staff also contributed to the final study, augmenting the core document with analysis of statewide data on historic resources and development trends.
