Hanbury Preservation Consulting completed a revolving fund feasibility study for the Meridian Architectural Trust in 2022. This study involved public engagement through surveys and interviews which formed the basis for a needs assessment presented to the board in a working session. A facilitated meeting created consensus on targeted property types, fund operating parameters, and permanent protection measures. Based on these decisions, the final report included action steps for engagement, property selection, messaging, and resource development.
