Strategic Plan for Thomasville Landmarks
Established in 1964, Thomasville Landmarks has a strong track record of preservation successes through education, advocacy, partnership, and stewardship. Hanbury Preservation Consulting facilitated a strategic planning process for Landmarks to refine the organization's mission, to collect insight about community needs and perceptions, and to guide the board in setting goals and objectives' for the organization's next chapter.
